Found a page PageShotter can’t capture? Tell us about it. Help is at pushpender.rautela2@gmail.com.
Getting PageShotter: PageShotter is being published to the Chrome Web Store and isn’t installable there just yet. When the listing goes live, it will be linked right here on pageshotter.com. For an update when that happens, email pushpender.rautela2@gmail.com.
Please do not send private or internal URLs, credentials, or confidential screenshots. If the page is behind a login, describe the failure or provide a safe reproduction instead.
How to report a capture problem
When you write in, include as much of this as you can:
- Public URL of the page (only if it’s public)
- What went wrong
- Browser version
- PageShotter version
- Whether we may reply to you
Every recurring failure becomes a test fixture, a regression test, and potentially a reason PageShotter gets better.
Known limitations
- The source tab must stay active while Chrome captures it.
- Pages longer than Chrome’s single-image limit are captured up to that limit and reported as truncated. Export them as PDF.
- Bottom-anchored bars and floating buttons are omitted from multi-section screenshots; fixed headers are kept once, at the top.
- The browser window cannot be resized or zoomed during a capture.
Reporting privately
Email pushpender.rautela2@gmail.com and describe the page instead of sharing it. Include a safe reproduction (a public page with the same layout) if you have one.
